Who this is
Flame Tale LLC, a limited liability company in Tennessee. Questions or requests go to hello@flametale.com.
What I collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your business name, a phone number, an email address, and whatever you write in the message box. If you do not fill in the form, I collect nothing about you beyond the ordinary technical logs my web host keeps for security.
What I do with it
- Reply to you.
- Run the free check you asked for, which means contacting your business the way a customer would.
- Send you a proposal, if we get that far.
- Keep ordinary business records, including for tax purposes.
That is the complete list. No advertising, no profiling, no selling or sharing your details with anyone else.
What I do not do
- No advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- No analytics tools watching what you click.
- No mailing list unless you specifically ask to be on one.
- No selling, renting or trading your information. Ever.
Who else touches it
My web host stores the form submission and forwards it to my email, and a separate spam-filtering service checks it, which means it sees your IP address. My email provider holds the message so I can read and reply to it. Those companies process it on my behalf and for no other purpose.
How long I keep it
If we do not end up working together, I delete your inquiry within two years. If we do, I keep records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is usually seven years. You can ask me to delete your details sooner and I will.
Your choices
Email me and I will tell you what I have about you, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it. No charge and no hard feelings. I will come back to you within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over a secure connection only, and access to form submissions is limited to me. Please do not send card numbers, bank details or anything similarly sensitive through the form. There is no reason you would need to.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version goes here with a new date at the top.
